It is wise to speak your truth quietly and clearly. A calm mind is a healthy mind. Having a calm mind is being able to choose how to react. Choose to be calm. It is an option. It's never enough to look at a thing once - always try a different perspective.

Nancy F. Sharp, MA, LMFT, Cht, C-IAYT, LFYP, RYT 200 is experienced in partnering with individuals, couples and families who want more life-family-work balance and a blueprint to realize the life they dream about. As a Licensed Psychotherapist, Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist, Certified Yoga Therapist and Mastering the Energy of Money Coach she utilizes a multi-modal approach, as appropriate. These include family systems, cognitive/behavioral, solution-focused, narrative therapies as well as LifeForce Yoga® and clinical hypnotherapy which integrates the mind and body from a holistic perspective.

Using her time-sensitive Signature System, Nancy partners with people who suffer from anxiety, stress, overwhelm, depression and, in some instances,  a lost sense of purpose. She offers the tools that allow clients to quickly discover a clear path through the forest AND clearly shows each one how to effectively use the tools step-by-step as they put their plan into action, resulting in improved health, relationships, finances and happiness.

In her work as a yoga therapist, which she offers as a component of her psychotherapy practice, Nancy combines psychotherapy with the practice of yogic movement and principles. This approach is meant to relax the body and calm the mind. These practices improve mood, self esteem, self-confidence, increase mindfulness and awareness and decrease over-thinking.  Nancy has come to realize the tremendous value of applying what she has learned “on the mat” to client and personal situations and relationships “off the mat”. As a certified clinical hypnotherapist, Nancy may recommend this approach as a supportive intervention used to create and reinforce healthy productive behaviors, thoughts and habits.

Her ideal client is a person who faces the daily grind and who simply wonders how they can continue their pace. Many say they feel unhappy, unfulfilled, unmotivated and that it is affecting them professionally, financially, relationally, emotionally, and even physically. She is able to adapt to a wide variety of therapeutic situations and many different types of clients. When people have completed their work with Nancy they walk away with portable tools they can use for the rest of their lives.

Nancy is the founder and creator of Clear the Path to Better Living™; Love Your Life in 90 Days (or less!)™; Bringing It Back To Balance: 3 Holistic Steps To Regaining Control Of Your Busy Life™; Energize Your Life: A Step by Step Blueprint for Living with Passion™; and Break Free And Love Your Life: Breakthrough for Accomplished Executives and Professionals™.
